This book was part of the Ground Zeroes Premium Package in Japan, and also released as a paperpack bunko. The latter is still available.
Hitori Nojima is actually a pen name used by Kojima's friend and Death Stranding co-writer Kenji Yano.* I added Kojima's afterwords from the bunko version to this too.
